You can use the app as a guest, but creating an account allows you to save your lists permanently and access additional features for enhanced task management.

List Management

Custom Icons

Assign a unique icon to each list to easily identify them at a glance. When creating a new list, simply select an icon from the available options.

Quick List Copy

Clone any list with a single click using the copy button on the list card. This creates a duplicate with all the same items, allowing you to use existing lists as templates or variations.

List Archiving

Registered users can archive lists to keep your main view clean while preserving lists you might need later. Use the archive button to move lists to the archived section.

Due Dates

Set due dates for your lists to track deadlines and prioritize your work effectively. Lists with approaching due dates are highlighted to ensure you never miss an important deadline.

Bulk List Creation

Quickly create lists with multiple items using our bulk import feature. Simply type or paste your tasks, one per line, and the system will create a complete list with all items in seconds.

Task Features

Automatic Color Coding

Items are automatically color-coded based on their content for better visual organization. The system recognizes keywords in your tasks and assigns appropriate colors:

  • Urgent tasks: Contains words like "urgent", "asap", "today", "deadline"
  • Celebrations: Contains words like "birthday", "party", "celebrate", "gift"
  • Work tasks: Contains words like "meeting", "project", "client", "email"
  • Personal tasks: Contains words like "exercise", "health", "doctor", "meditation"
  • Shopping tasks: Contains words like "buy", "purchase", "grocery", "shopping"

You can use Markdown formatting in your task descriptions to add rich formatting:

Task Management

Each task can be:

  • Marked as complete by clicking the checkbox
  • Edited by clicking the edit button
  • Enhanced with detailed notes using the notes feature
  • Illustrated with image attachments for visual context
  • Organized with drag-and-drop reordering
  • Deleted by clicking the delete button

Image Attachments

Add images to your tasks to provide visual context or reminders. Perfect for shopping lists, home improvement projects, or any task that benefits from visual reference.

Notes and Details

Add comprehensive notes to any task to include important details, instructions, or background information. Notes support markdown formatting for rich text organization.
